Drew X LLC warrants that every Drew X watch purchased directly from DrewX.co will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
During the one-year warranty period, Drew X may repair, replace, or refund a watch that experiences:
- Mechanical movement defects
- Automatic winding system defects
- GMT function defects
- Date mechanism defects
- Crown defects
- Clasp defects caused by manufacturing defects
- Manufacturing defects affecting the normal operation of the watch
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Drew X. Drew X reserves the right to determine whether a claimed defect is the result of a manufacturing issue or normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear
- Crystal or sapphire damage
- Bracelet wear or damage
- Clasp wear caused by normal use
- Water damage caused by misuse or failure to properly secure the crown
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, accidents, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Loss or theft
- Normal aging of materials, coatings, finishes, or components
Cosmetic characteristics, normal wear, or aesthetic variations that do not affect the functionality of the watch are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under this warranty.
Water Resistance
All Drew X watches are rated to 100M (330FT) water resistance when properly maintained and used. Water damage resulting from:
- Improperly secured crowns
- Accidental misuse
- Impact damage
- Unauthorized service or modification
is not covered under this warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, contact [email protected].
Please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the watch when applicable
Customers must receive warranty authorization before sending any product to Drew X.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the watch to Drew X.
- Drew X will cover the cost of return shipping back to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging the watch during shipment.
Warranty Resolution
Upon inspection of an approved warranty claim, Drew X may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the watch
- Replace the watch with the same model
- Replace the watch with a comparable model
- Issue a full or partial refund
Warranty remedies are limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Purchases Through Unauthorized Sellers
This Limited Warranty applies only to watches purchased directly from DrewX.co or an authorized Drew X sales channel. Products purchased through unauthorized third parties may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drew X LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any Drew X product. Drew X's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
